Northern Vietnam Tours 4 days from Hanoi

Day 01: Hanoi – Tay Phuong pagoda – Hoa Binh - Mai Chau (L.D)
You will be picked up to Mai Chau, stopover Western pagoda which stores the wooden statues treasury made from jack fruit tree of Vietnam and is the most beautiful pagoda in the North. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue the trip on the beautiful road to Mai Chau which is the land of the white Thai through the green hills of Tea and Sugar Cane and limestone rocks. Arrive in Mai Chau, stay in the large traditional Thai house on stilts. It is time to discover the village and its traditional handicraft. In the evening, you will witness traditional dances and folk songs. Overnight in the stilt house of the white Thai.

Day 02: Mai Chau - Hoa Lu "Halong bay on land" (B.L)
Breakfast with the locals, depart for Hoa Lu through the green hills of tea, sugar cane and steep limestone cliffs rising in the rice fields. Arrive in Hoa Lu at noon. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before transferring to Hoa Lu which is one of the most famous sights in Vietnam for its rich and impressive limestone peaks. After that, take a sampan cruise to discover the caves of Tam Coc (three lagoons) which is known as “Ha Long Bay on land”. The boat will go down stream on the Ngo Dong river through immense rice fields. You will wriggle through three cool caves with beautiful stalactic rocks. Going through the amazing range of rocks, you can obverse the abundant aquatic life beneath the water. Have your own dinner and overnight at the hotel in Hoa Lu

Day 03: Hoa Lu - Bai Tu Long bay – Thien Canh Son Cave (B.L.D)
In the morning, head out for Halong through the beautiful new road and you will reach Ha Long Bay around noon.
12.00 – 12.30 : Embark at Hon Gai International harbour.
12.30 – 13.00 : Check-in, enjoy welcome drink & cruise briefing.
13.30 – 15.00 : Have lunch while cruising to magnificent BaiTu Long Bay; admire the fascinating formations on the way.
15.15 – 15.40 : Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son Cave.
15.45 – 18:00 : Enjoy relaxing on a white sandy beach at Hon Co Island, swimming or kayaking.
18:00 – 19.00 : Back to junk for refreshing before having dinner on board.
20.00 – 21.00 : Relax, enjoy fresh air & overnight on board.

Day 04: Vung Vieng fishing village - Hanoi (B.Brunch)
07.30 – 08.00 : Morning view of Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the fresh air.
08.30 – 09.30 : Visit VungVieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms.
10.00 : Check out of the cabin. Start cruising towards the harbor while an A la carte lunch is served.
11.45 – 12.00 : Disembark. Drive to Yen Duc village in Dong Trieu province.
14.00 – 14.30 : Enjoy water puppet show performed by local artists.
14.45 – 17.30 : Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends.
