Day 1: Hanoi - Duong Lam ancient village - Nghia Lo (L.D)

Duong lam ancient villagePick up at your hotel in Hanoi and depart to Duong Lam ancient village. Walk or cycle around this purely agricultural village of the Northern Red River delta to discover their daily life. Visit many hundred-year-old houses and Mia pagoda built in 15th century to admire 287 statues of all sizes. Lunch at a local farmer. Then, depart to Nghia Lo in Yen Bai province. Arrive in Nghia Lo, check in hotel and walk to ethnic villages around hotel via rice fields. Dinner and overnight in Nghia Lo.  



Day 2: Nghia Lo - Mu Cang  Chai (B.L.D)

Nghia Lo VietnamAfter breakfast at hotel. Depart to Mu Cang Chau via Khau Pha pass and many stop on the way for taking pictures of ethnic villages, terraced rice fields and local markets... Arrive in Mu Cang Chai and discover the amazingly beautiful land with magnificent terraced fields at Che Cu Nha, La Pan Tan and De Xu Phinh. Lunch at homestay. Then, walk around Kim Noi village & its neibours to meet friendly and hospitable people. Dinner and overnight at homestay in Mu Cang Chai

 

Day 3: Mu Cang Chai - Sapa (B.L.D)

Mu Cang Chai TourAfter breakfast at homestay, we say goodbey anf depart to Lao Cai via Lai Chau province blessed with mystical mountains, beautiful streams and minority villages. Stop on O Quy Ho & Tram Ton passes to enjoy the stunning landscapes. Tram Ton & O Quy Ho passes are the highest passes in Vietnam. Arrive in Sapa, check in hotel and have lunch at a local restaurant. Then, transfer to Lao Chai and Ta Van villages for a lovely trek that will take us along buffalo paths, trails, terraced rice fields and through several hills tribe villages such as Black H'mong, and Dzay people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet. Return to Sapa at the end of the day. Dinner and overnight in Sapa.

 

Day 4 : Sapa - Ham Rong mountain - Ban Pho village - Bac Ha (B.L.D)

Sapa trekking tourAfter breakfast. Visit Ham Rong mountain and Orchid gardens, Ham Rong mountain offers a nice view to beautiful scenery of Sapa town and surrounding area. You enjoy a traditionnal music show of all ethnic minorities living at villages around Sapa. Lunch at a restaurant. Departure for Bac Ha and take a walk to Ban Pho village, a small village of Nungs and Flower Hmongs. The villagers grow vegetables, corn and fruit trees. One of the most famous fruit of the area is plum. Visit a local house, taste a cup of corn wine and chat with the local to discover their culture... Dinner and overnight in Bac Ha. 

 

Day 5: Bac Ha market - Hanoi (B)

Bac Ha marketAfter breakfast. Visit Bac Ha market, the most colerful and the biggest sunday market in the area. Every Sunday, the different and colorful ethnic minorities come from different villages to sell their homemade products, buy or exchange something for the family. You can meet flower Hmongs, Phu La, black Dzaos, Tays or Nungs minorities. Then, back to Hanoi by the new high way and arrive in Hanoi at the end of the day. End of our services.
