Saigon - My Tho - Vinh Long - Cai Be floating market - Can Tho

Day 1: Saigon - My Tho - Vinh Long - Bike ride

Depart for the Mekong Delta and you will arrive at 11:00 in My Tho, have a boat trip on the Mekong River with a visit to Dragon Island with many longan plantations. Taste exotic fruits in one of the many orchards, then continue your trip by boat to the island of Phoenix, called "the island of coconuts" which was the place for religious works of a sect founded by Nguyen Thanh Nam who only had coconuts for meals in three years. Continue you trip to explore cannels. After that, you visit a beekeepers farm and a coconut candy factory. Back to the pier and then lunch with specialties of the region on the island of phoenix. Back at the pier and drive to Vinh Long. Upon arrival, check in home garden where you are going to sleep. It is time to take a bike ride around the village to discover the daily life and to meet with the hospital people. Have dinner and overnight at homestay on the island.

Day 2: Visit the Cai Be floating market - Can Tho

You will have a sampan ride on the Mekong: Visit and explore the bustling floating market of Cai Be where farmers from the surrounding villages come to settle some business, trade, sell or buy various local products such as watermelons, the potatoes, squash, cabbage, coconut and durian...Then visit the homemade coconut popcorn and visit pineapple, cassava, sugar cane fields, coconut groves, banana plantations and fresh water fish farms and taste exotic fruits. Enjoy lunch with specialties accompanied by local island music. Have dinner and overnight in Can Tho.

Day 3: Can Tho - Cai Rang floating market - Cao Dai Temple - Saigon 
Start your trip with a very nice boat ride on one of the arms of the Mekong River that will take you in the middle of the floating markets of Cai Rang and Phong Dien. Discover numerous boats with full of fruits like, watermelon, sweet potatoes, etc...a colorful spectacle. Continue to the river ride through the arroyos. Back to the pier and depart to Ho Chi Minh City and stop at Ben Luc to visit the Cao Dai temple which includes three religions in Vietnam. Lunch is served. Arrive in Saigon in the afternoon. Tour ends.
