Upon arrival, you will have a small chat with the family members and learn some of their language, the way of life, the Vietnamese food cultural as well as the traditions in the village while having tea and some fruits.

Before getting involve in a home cooking experience, you will get to walk to along the rural village or enjoy a fun ride on motorbike to the field for hands-on farming activities such as: soil, ranking, sowing, watering and nice conversations with the local farmers (seasonal activities).

Become a real farmer and learn how to plants and the traditional way of watering the local vegetables. Pick some ingredients from the garden for your upcoming cooking lesson.

Next, moving on to the best spot of the village; visit a local market for a Vietnamese culture experience, learn to use the currency and how to communicate with the seller in body languages; and pratice buy some more produce for your cooking class. 

Back to the family home kitchen, chef will guide you step-by-step through the process with the fresh ingredients from market and the organic garden. 

After finishing your 5 tasty traditional dishes, which locals would have for breakfast, lunch and diner, you will then sit down and enjoy lunch a share lunch together. 

From the dinning table, having fun eating, drinking and you will also learn the historic of Vietnamese culture. 

Finaly, get the recipes home to cook Vietnamese cuisine to your friends and family.
