Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam and the political, economic, cultural, tourist and commercial centre of the country. Hanoi means "inside the river" (Ha: river, Noi: inside). The Red River surrounds Hanoi about 30km long. Hanoi is the old capital established in 1010 in the Ly Dynasty. Am: at 8.00 start your Hanoi city tour trip by visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and then, traditional sitlts house, One Pillar pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple and walk along the shore of West Lake, next visit Tran Quoc Pagoda. After that, enjoy the Vietnamese traditional lunch at a local restaurant.

Pm: visit the Vietnam’s first university (the thousand years old Temple of Literature), Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son temple and enjoy a wonderful rickshaw in the Old Quarter of Hanoi to explore the very busy part of Hanoi. In the evening, you will take part in the water puppet show at Thang Long theatre.
